I (The Customer), will not hold The Company liable for: cancellation of flights, reservations, excursions, experiences, or any other component listed on the itinerary; inclement weather and/or natural disasters; accident, injury, or death while following/completing an itinerary.

The choice to follow and/or deviate from an itinerary purchased from The Company is the sole responsibility of The Customer, of whom cannot seek any form of retribution or legal action against The Company for any reason whatsoever.

All sales are final - refunds will not be awarded for any reason whatsoever.
